- First treatment. Inside and out, with a clear note on anything pets should stay off until it dries.
- Quarterly visits. Exterior service every three months. We text before we arrive, so you don’t need to be home.

General pest control questions
What does general pest control cover?
Ants, spiders, earwigs, silverfish, crickets, boxelder bugs and similar insects, plus knocking down early wasp nests. Rodents, termites, mosquitoes and full wasp-nest removal are separate services.
Are the treatments safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use products labeled for use around homes, apply them where pests travel, and tell you how long to keep pets off treated areas, usually just until they’re dry.
How often will you come out?
Every three months, timed to the seasons. If pests show up between visits, we come back at no charge.
Do I need to be home?
Only for the first visit or if we’re treating inside. Regular quarterly service is exterior, so it can happen while you’re at work.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There’s no long-term contract. You can stop service any time.
